Mayor Ralph Mowen (left) and Councilman Vic Richard (right) were acknowledged for their service at the recent  PA State Association of Boroughs Annual Conference. 

Mayor Mowen was acknowledged for his 40 years of dedicated public service as an elected official.

Councilman Richard received the Cecil K Leberknight Award for 10 or more years of dedicated service as a Councilman.  He also received a certification of achievement for the completion of the Certified Borough Officials Program.
