Ephrata Borough is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the following important boards and commissions:

 🔷 Zoning Hearing Board

Play a key role in local land use decisions:

✔️ Hear appeals of Zoning Administrator decisions

✔️ Interpret zoning ordinance provisions

✔️ Review applications for variances, special exceptions, and enforcement appeals

🕗 Meets monthly on the third Wednesday at 7:00 PM at Borough Hall

🔷 Planning Commission

Help shape the Borough’s long-term growth and development:

📍 Advise Borough Council on planning matters

📍 Prepare and recommend subdivision, zoning, and land development regulations

📍 Make recommendations on the Borough’s official map and zoning amendments

🕗 Meets monthly on the third Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Borough Hall
