The Ephrata Borough Authority (EBA) is actively managing and improving its stormwater infrastructure to reduce flooding, improve water quality and meet regulatory requirements. These efforts are part of the Authority's ongoing capital improvement initiatives funded through the Stormwater Utility and guided by its Pollutant Reduction Plan and Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

💧 Stream restoration along Gross Run near East Fulton Street to stabilize banks, improve water quality, and reduce sediment runoff.

 💧 South Market Street Stormwater Improvements – new lines and features to manage runoff.

 💧 Rail Trail Flood Mitigation – reduce ponding and closures along the trail.

💧 Lake Street Stormwater Line Upgrades – replace aged pipes for improved flow.

 💧 Circle Drive Stormwater Improvements – restore system performance.

💧 Apple Street Flood Mitigation – new infiltration basin and upgraded facilities, in partnership with Ephrata Township.
